Via this website, we only collect the data that you enter yourself: name, contact details, age/school year of the child, nature of the request for help, and — in the case of a job application — education, experience, and CV.

To process your appointment request or job application and to contact you. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent.

We never sell your data. We only share it when needed or legally required: with your health fund and RIZIV (reimbursement), with the referring doctor and — only with your consent and in your child's interest — with other care providers or the school and CLB. We also rely on processors who support us, among others for hosting the website and database, sending emails and managing the calendar and bookkeeping. We conclude a processing agreement with each of them and process your data only within the European Economic Area.

Appointment requests and job applications are kept for as long as necessary to process them and as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Only the practice's speech therapists. We do not share your data with third parties, except when legally required.

Your data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access.

Much of our work involves minors. We process their data only with the consent of the parent(s) or legal guardian and only for speech therapy care. You can always view, correct or — within the legal retention obligation — delete your child's data.

We do not make decisions about you in a purely automated way, and we do not profile. The website's AI helper only provides general, non-binding information and stores no personal data.
